About Us
National Billing Services provides billing support to doctors from every state and territory in Australia.
Currently we process accounts for more than 100 clients a month, and manage in excess of 50,000 accounts annually on their behalf. Clients include anaesthetists, intensive care specialists, surgical assistants, surgeons, psychiatrists, radiologists and physicians. Both individual practitioners and groups are catered for.
National Billing Services cover all aspects of invoicing up to but not including formal debt collection, including the raising of accounts, and provision of fee estimates, and generation of practice and financial reports for clients.

Who we are
Jenny Richardson
Jenny started out her career as a trainee accountant with a local firm and worked her way up the ladder before making the decision to open her own practice. Firstly, working from home while her 3 boys were little, then opening her first accountancy practice at Kahibah, near Newcastle. By 2011, we had outgrown the premises and re-located the business to larger offices at Charlestown.
National Billing Services came to fruition at the request of a client working within the hospital system who did not have the support staff to generate and manage invoicing activities for their private practice income.
Realising the complexity of the medical billing environment, Jenny identified a need for Medical Practitioners with limited administration staff who were unable to generate and follow up on patient accounts. This of course led to the inception of National Billing Services, a service dedicated to streamlining an extremely important component of the growth and strength behind any business – Its cash flow.
National Billing Service has now been operating since 2005 and has grown to employ support staff to meet increasing demands
